Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout is the most relevant estimate for your order.

Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.

Shipping Address

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Westrow Luxury is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the shipping carrier receives your package.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with shipping carriers to ensure orders are delivered successfully, Westrow Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us so that we can assist you in determining the next steps.

Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier's tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

Your mailbox or usual delivery location
Around your property
With household members or neighbors
Any delivery instructions associated with your address

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@westrowluxury.shop and provide your order number.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Shipping Costs

Any free shipping promotions will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of the promotion.

International Shipping

At this time, Westrow Luxury primarily serves customers in the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, delivery estimates, customs duties, taxes, and other import-related costs will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
